partially because i am working on my halloween costumes partially because i have not done laundry in a month, especially with the construction on the house, partially because i am a nut and i like theme dressing partially because i love chaplin but mostly, mostly, because i love this vintage men's tuxedo shirt and vintage tuxedo jacket and i always wear my motorcycle boots on friday.
&also. also when i started teaching i got a good amount of good advice and part of that advice was that i should lower the pitch of my voice and wear a man's suit to school. there is a definite humor and definite truth to all of this, even though most days i wear pencil skirts and ankle boots.
