bombshell

i've been listening to television and richard hell &the voidoids all morning. usually, i just listen to my albums because i can just hook my little portable numark record player to all the loud speakers and have a ball. 

but today i decided to open my itunes for the first time in months, which is mostly just compilations of music that old friends and old lovers gave me. yikes. no wonder we are all old friends and old lovers. solely based on music compatibility (which i have never in my life based compatibility on) we were never not ever compatible at all. man o martian.

i went back to my albums. back to little richard and the violent femmes. and my little world makes sense again.
